Our swimming courses for adults are adapted to your own pace and cater to your individual ability. When swimming you strengthen your entire body and another plus point is the low risk of injury.

for adults
Aquafit course
A unique, gentle full-body workout for young and old, for the untrained as well as for competitive athletes.
Crawl course
The crawl style is not only considered the most efficient, but also a particularly back-friendly swimming style, ideal for health and fitness.
Beginner course
For everyone who doesn't yet feel completely safe or comfortable in the water or is still afraid of it.
Kraul course (holiday course)
In one week we offer you comprehensive freestyle swimming training, supplemented with valuable tips for improving your style.
Aquafit course
Aquafit is a combination of gymnastics and endurance training (deep water running) in swimming-deep water. A unique, gentle full-body workout for young and old, for the untrained as well as for competitive athletes.
Courses take place Monday to Friday, no lessons during school holidays and public holidays in the Canton of Zug. Depending on the course day, there are 15 to 18 lessons per semester. Entrance to the indoor pool must be paid separately.
Crawl course
Have you ever watched the club swimmers see how easily and elegantly they swim through the water? Do you suffer from back, neck or knee problems?
The crawl style is the most efficient and, above all, the most gentle on the back and joints. We teach front crawl and back crawl in groups.
Requirements:

Beginner, safe and fearless swimming in deep water with exhalation into the water possible. - Crawl 2:
Knowledge of crawling technique available, crawling at least 50m possible without a break. - Crawl 3:
Technique and endurance are good, we help to improve both. - Crawl 4:
Improve the subtleties of technique, apply roll turns, learn and deepen dolphin movements.

Beginner course
How beautiful water can be when you feel safe and comfortable in it. Maybe you still lack confidence or have you had a bad experience and have been afraid of the water ever since? We won't leave you alone and will accompany you step by step.

The first hurdle has been overcome, swimming on your stomach and/or back up to approx. 25m in deep water is possible.
Kraul course (holiday course)
You've probably watched other swimmers swim easily and elegantly through the water. If you really want to learn this but don't have the time to attend a course over several weeks, then our holiday courses are just right for you.
We offer the following freestyle swimming courses:
Requirements:

Freestyle beginner, safe and fearless breaststroke in deep water possible with exhalation into the water. - Crawl 2:
Knowledge of freestyle technique available, 50m freestyle swimming possible without a break. - Crawl 3:

General conditions for adult courses
Notes on prices
- All course costs exclude entry to the indoor pool.
- The invoice is issued for entire courses.
Semester course dates
Two semesters per year: August to February and February to July.
The number of lessons varies depending on the course day. There are 14 to 18 lessons.
No courses take place during school holidays and public holidays in the canton of Zug and during the inspection of the Lättich indoor swimming pool.
Holiday course dates
Holiday courses take place during school holidays. No courses during the Christmas holidays.
Number: 5 lessons. If a holiday falls during the course week 4 lessons.
Terms and Conditions Semester Courses
If lessons are canceled due to unforeseen or officially ordered pool closures, no refund will be given for course fees already paid.
If there is another interruption due to Corona or something similar, the canceled lessons will be reimbursed.
If three or more consecutive lessons are missed due to accident or illness, the loss will be compensated upon submission of a medical certificate.
Other missed lessons can be made up or made up.
Cancellation up to one day before the start of the course is free of charge. If you do not show up for the course, 100% of the course costs will be charged.
Insurance is the responsibility of the participant.
Terms and conditions for holiday courses
If lessons are canceled due to unforeseen or officially ordered pool closures, no refund will be given for course fees already paid.
If there is another interruption due to Corona or something similar, the canceled lessons will be reimbursed.
Cancellation of the booked holiday course up to 3 days before the start of the course is free of charge. Later course cancellations will be charged 100%.
Any absence during the course week due to illness or accident will be reimbursed.
Other cancellations will not be compensated.
Bathing regulations
- Please arrive on time and already showered on lane 1 in the swimming pool.
- For women: a swimsuit or bathing suit is more advantageous than a bikini.
- For men: tight swimming trunks (short or long) are more advantageous, shorts provide buoyancy.
- In the event of a conductor failure, a representative is on site.
- All training material is provided. Please bring your own swimming goggles and swimming caps.
